I currently live in a Cape Cod type of home that currently has a 2nd floor with two bedrooms and sloped ceilings at the ends because of the pitch of the roof. I would like to remove the roof and add a normal second floor with 2-3 bedrooms that have normal ceilings and still maintain the bathroom upstairs. In addition I would like to enclose the concrete patio outside of my kitchen by adding a sunroom but also giving the kitchen more room in that same sunroom. I have an existing rectangular clairemont home with attached single car garage, home is 3 bdr. 1 bath. I would like to expand off the back of the home and add an L shape, turning one of the existing bedrooms into a master with the addition of a bathroom.
